I provide both short- and long-term psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. We can discuss in your first session what you are looking for and what would work best for you. We may find that you don't know this in your first session; it may take time to know what kind of therapy you want.
All sessions are approximately 45-50 minutes and are currently virtual only.
